The Border Energy Forum’s central purpose is to emphasize the best use of energy possible in our fast-growing region, for economic development and least possible environmental impact.
Forum attendees will enjoy the hospitality of Lic. José Natividad González Parás, the governor of the state of Nuevo León, and our many partners in Monterrey like the Comisión Estatal de Energía and SIMEPRODE.
orum XV in Monterrey follows the successful 2007 forum in San Diego, California, continuing the tradition of alternating each year between a site in northern Mexico and one in the southwestern United States.
The Forum is a coalition effort, made possible by the support of a wide variety of public and private sector organizations and agencies. The Forum takes a comprehensive look at issues affecting energy and the environment throughout the 10 border states of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States.
